Thank You All

Kelli Nicole Elam When I first signed onto URNA, more than 6 years ago, I really did feel "alone"....even though, then, I was married(I'd not yet come out to her)...and, I'd not met another transperson(not for another 3 years, 2006)....and, I'd also just began chatting(here, and other places) with other girls/like-minded souls...and, from all of those wonderful(well, most of the time ;) ) chats, and from blogs, I slowly but surely came out of my self-imposed shell, and the suppressed life I had lived for all those years began to melt away. And, I could see my personality change, for the better. Or, maybe it was always there, yet hidden(suppressed)...but anyway, I just wanted to thank each and every one of you girls, even if we've only said "Hi" here, or elsewhere, because if it wasn't for you girls, and wonderful places like this to communicate by, I'd still be in that dank, ugly, lonely closet. Thank you!! (HUGS) And, if there's any girl who now feels the way I used to, please don't hesitate to stop by here, or if you see me in the chatroom, please say Hi, and maybe I can play a small part in helping you out of your "shell" No matter where you are in the transgender spectrum, there really is a place for you, either here, or other quality transgender sites, and of course, in the "real" world! Celebrate and embrace your femininity(or for you transmen, your masculinity), Gals!! It's a very special Gift, and, at least for me, I intend to explore it all in every way possible.
